Chocolate Sweet Cake
- Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon soda
- 2 Sticks Oleo
- 1 Cup Water
- 5 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
In a saucepan, melt oleo and water. Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients.
Bake at 350° for one hour.
Variation
Leave out the cocoa for a "blonde" sweet cake.
